“I want to write about the level of the international conference on Geo -Disasters and Construction Engineering ( ICGCE, 2024) , which will be held at the University of Waterloo, Canada.  I want to say that the organizing and scientific committee did a great job preparing for this important international conference . Many international experts come to share knowledge and exchange ideas and experiences  in the geotechnical engineering area. I gave my  principal video lecture online, so this conference has a hybrid structure ( offline and online participation platforms). I was surprised about the high level of technical infrastructures of communications by online or offline . The organizing committee prepared for participants visiting Niagara fall  – international natural heritage of Canada and USA .”
